My illustrations are printed in small quantities or on demand in France. On heavy-weight natural paper for a high-end finish. This paper comes from sustainably managed forests and the use of non-toxic vegetable inks, by an IMPRIM'VERT certified printer, whose objective is to preserve the environment.

So very disappointed this order has been such a muddle, I feel the item was not advertised correctly , the sellers opinion is different and feels it was clear ??? So what's the answer??!?!!!! to solve this and a little girl is going to be so disappointed at Christmas HELP!!!!!!!!

Wendy, vous m'avez écrit et je vous ai répondu à chaque fois. L'annonce est claire et c'est même écrit dans la première phrase du descriptif... Il s'agit de l'illustration uniquement. Et non de la porte + l'illustration. Il n'y a jamais eu de souci auparavant avec les autres clients. Et cet article est en vente sur ma boutique depuis plus de 3 ans. Donc je pense que oui l'annonce est claire. Il y a une photo de l'illustration dans une petite porte, pour montrer en situation ce que ça donne. Je suis navrée que vous n'ayez pas trouvé satisfaction sur ma boutique. N'hésitez pas à m'écrire avant de commander la prochaine fois, je vous répondrai avec plaisir si vous avez un doute sur un produit 🙌🏻
