The plug itself is a good shape that is solid, easy to clean, and very comfortable. The box was simple and discrete, and shipping took a while but that was expected. It's also super cute! I like that it's pose-able

The fur is very soft, and the shop owner was very kind and patient with all of my questions, even before I made the actual order. Thats why I decided to purchase this, because the owner was polite and didn't mind answering questions. The shipping was much faster than expected and the customization of my fox ears was exactly how I wanted them. 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 I definitely recommend this shop. This is a beautiful set, and the prices are fair without compromising on quality. I'm very happy with this purchase.

4 out of 5 starsTail was very big and fluffy, but the fabric of the ears felt coarse and the headband was very uncomfortable to wear for more than 5 minutes. The ears also seemed to be zip tied to the metal headband as well which made the quality lessen overall. Although seller was very kind and helpful with customization and making sure the order arrived on time.
