order never received because the requested change of address was not made item already ordered before and I was satisfied with it. This year I couldn't offer them because of a wrong address.

Je trouve cela incorrect de votre part de m'attribuer une si mauvaise note....cela aura un impact sur ma boutique et pourtant vous précisez trouver l'article "très mignon et bien réalisé" ce qui est paradoxal...De plus vous évoquez la taille qui vous semble trop petite mais les dimensions sont bien précisées dans le descriptif, il aurait fallu en prendre connaissance et ne pas passer commande dans ce cas-là...Avoir une étoile...franchement...alors que vous avez reçu l'article tel qu'il est mentionné et dans les temps ce n'est pas respectueux pour mon travail.
