I ordered this over a month ago. I never received it. The seller hardly responds. I’m extremely disappointed. If I could actually get my logo or my money back maybe I could delete this review smh. Don’t recommend

It’s been 4 days they don’t respond to my messages and I never received a sketch. All I received was one message after I paid asking for my business name and a picture after I sent that they stop responding and I never received any logo or responses from them It’s very frustrating and unprofessional at this point I’m feeling scammed smh .

UPDATED: Took about 2 weeks to receive the product with little to no communication from the seller while awaiting. The product, once received, is of great quality, top notch, but the lack of communication and the delay in receiving the requested items is just not ok.

UPDATED: Received the product about 2 weeks after purchase. If you have a time sensitive project, I would not recommend purchasing. The product is beautiful, just as advertised and just as described, but the delayed communication and delay in delivery of the product just doesnt sit well with me.   ORIGINAL REVIEW: 10 days out and still haven't received my order. She sent a message about 1 week out saying she had some issues but it would be complete following day. Hasn't happened yet and no further communication from the seller. Seems to be a common thing from the reviews.
