The carpet is very beautiful, it took a long time to arrive, but that was due to German customs. The conversation and information that Arvind sent were always extremely friendly. I can really recommend his business

The rug arrived damp on the inside and the design was a much less detailed than the design that I ordered. The shipment of the rug was 2 weeks delayed. It took more than a month for this rug to arrive. When I spoke to the seller about issues with the shipment and the tracking, they were unhelpful. They also did not attach the phone number they asked for to the tracking so I would receive tracking updates. I ended up being on the phone with UPS for over an hour to find the whereabouts of my package. When I raised a case with Etsy they used the phone number that I gave them for tracking to badger me on whatsapp, instead of resolving the issue via Etsy.

We sincerely apologize for the slight delay in your delivery, which was due to space issues with the shipping company—this was beyond our control. However, we made sure to keep you informed with updates throughout the process. We hope you understand that this was only to ensure you were kept in the loop.
