I made a mistake and paid him to create a logo for me. I kept sending him messages he never responded to my messages for a refund. the only message I got from him was think you for placing the order after that he never responded to me

Ordered on June 14 did not receive until July 4. Ended up ordering from another Etsy seller July 1st and had my drawing morning of July 3rd. This seller should indicate more of a turnaround time in their listings than a week as it took 20 days to get mine completed. Communication wasn’t the greatest. I did have it fixed once as was initially colored with brown hair/brown eyes and I’m blonde hair/blue eyes. The blonde end result was super bleached looking. I felt disappointed and won’t be using the drawing. Wish I’d of just went with the second artist on June 14th.
