Sadly, Esty had to step in and refund my money while Vicky was able to keep the stamp I had returned to her. She ignored many of my messages. Recently, I made another purchase from her shop on Amazon, I was notified that it had been shipped, and then unexpectedly without explanation, the order was “canceled by merchant”. Very sad because I like her shop, but hesitate to do business with her again.
