The ring is stunning, could not be better. And the condition is excellent. Really impressed by the purchase. It arrived nicely packed and well protected. One development comment for the online store would be to improve customer communication and follow up on delivery. My ring was in customs in London airport for almost two weeks - apparently FedEx had a wrong number they were trying to reach me on. The issue was resolved after I called FedEx and paid extra tax (of which I was not aware), however the quantum was not very significant.

Dover Jewelers were amazing. They resized and shipped this perfect ring -- which by the way appraises for twice the selling price -- in less than two days. It was a wonderful new year's eve present from my husband.

The earrings are beautiful and deserve a 5 star rating. The transaction was a little rough. They did not ship as promised in the description. I had to initiate contact several time to find out why. Also, when they did arrive, the appraisal was not included. Had to contact them two more times to get that. While they did respond quickly and in the end all is well, the transaction made me a little nervous. More communication on their end is needed.
