Vintage Cartier Diamond And Blue Sapphire 18k Yellow Gold Three Stone Dome Ring.
Stunning yellow gold Cartier ring set with a beautiful 3.5mm centre diamond with F/G Colour and VVS clarity. This is accented by 2 fine deep blue sapphires approx 2.5mm each. These have some slight abrasions and surface marks - as to be expected of an older piece like this.
Fine jewellery houses like Cartier only use the finest of diamonds and gemstones in their jewellery and this piece is no exception. Deep blue sapphires and a top grade natural diamond.
The ring is signed Cartier 750 with serial numbers and a French eagle hallmark.

The shop was lovely to deal with and the parcel came very quickly. Excellent service, and it is a very nice stone. I was only a bit disappointed as I thought it would be a light blue colour aquamarine, but it really does just look white. I'm sure it will look pretty, but I had been hoping for a bit more colour... however I would still shop here again, but I might bear in mind the possible variation from the photos.
