Item takes to long to be finished. Even thought it’s a digital I should not have to wait so many days for a digital and so many days for a revision in since I still have not received. Not a satisfied customer at all!

PLEASE confirm the processing time before purchasing from this seller. I’m sure he does amazing work, unfortunately I have not yet received my order. I ordered on December 2. The listing stated estimated delivery December 5-9. On December 3, the seller informed me the order would take 10-12 business days for processing. On December 6, the seller updated the estimated delivery to December 23. Estimated delivery date was later changed to December 26. I received a shipping notification on December 22. The order is a digital file. There is nothing to ship. On December 26, I followed up with the seller to request an update for when I could expect my order. Unfortunately my experience was less than desirable. I wish the seller nothing but the best.

We ordered two pictures on Dec 3. One of which is a basic all black cat. Our estimated delivery date when ordering was listed on the item for Dec 5-9. Then, we were told it’d take 10-12 business days to make, making our delivery date technically Dec 17-19. Instead, it was pushed to Dec 23 to allow extra time for completion. It is now Dec 27, the business week is over and we still have not received our order. The owner keeps telling us that it’s due to the high influx of orders. If you’re unable to keep up with the orders coming in and meet completion dates within a reasonable time, push the estimated delivery dates out further. I was originally very excited for my order and have been trying to be so patient but it’s almost been a month now and I haven’t received anything other than a runaround. Very upset, wouldn’t recommend.
