Please understand that I do not carry any stock and make our rings by hand per order. 50% of the payment will be deducted from your refund to cover the expenses of handcrafting and shipping costs. The following items are non-returnable:

• Full eternity rings
• Rings with engravings
• Items that exceed the return period
• Custom or personalized orders
• Ring sizes smaller than UK size F1/2 and larger than UK size R 1/2.

Customized rings, tailored specifically to individual preferences, are not eligible for return or exchange due to their unique nature, as they cannot be resold to others.

For non-customized items, a 50% restocking fee will be applied to returns or exchanges, deducted from the total order amount. This fee does not exceed £80.
