I have not seen the item. It was a gift so delivery to another address. The seller did not even send me a picture of the card. I do not know if it was received or not. No message from the recipient to confirm it. So I assume not. I will not order from this store again.

Que vous n'ayez pas vu l'article car vous avez fait le choix de l'envoyer directement chez le destinataire est un fait. Par contre effectivement je n'envoie jamais de visuel pour des créations déjà existantes, il est aisément facile à comprendre qu'en cette période très chargée je n'ai pas le temps de montrer pour chaque commande un visuel (je travaille seule, ce n'est pas Amazon ici) Cela m'est impossible. Par contre je le fais évidemment lorsqu'il y a nouvelle création, nouveau design. Ensuite si vous n'avez pas eu de message de la part du destinataire cela ne me concerne pas ! Peut-être devriez vous le contacter ! De mon côté je vous ai envoyé un numéro de suivi où il est indiqué LIVRÉ..Votre avis n'est pas justifié..
