Bonjour, Peut-être aurait-il fallu me contacter pour savoir ce qu'il en était.. J'ai énormément de commandes, je travaille seule mais je prends toujours le temps pour répondre et surtout résoudre ce genre de problème. Un renvoi aurait été possible en colissimo ou encore un remboursement.. J'assure toujours le service après vente. Je comprends votre déception mais ce n'est pas Amazon ici, il est possible de vous adresser aux créateurs et donc de trouver des solutions à ce type de problème qui je rappelle ne dépend pas de moi.. Je ne travaille pas à la poste..
