Unfortunately, they have not fulfilled their delivery commitment. The package was returned to my city due to an incorrect address and the effort in managing it has been null, despite having contacted them several times to try to resolve the issue. It does not seem to help that the product has a tracking number. Nothing is known and they do nothing to locate it and send it to its destination. Of course, it was paid for 20 days ago.

Lamentablemente no han cumplido con el compromiso de entrega, estando el paquete en mi ciudad lo devolvieron por error de dirección y el esfuerzo en la gestión ha sido nulo, pese a haber contactado con ellos varias veces para intentar resolverlo. No parece servir de nada que el producto tenga un número de seguimiento. No se sabe nada y no hacen nada por localizarlo y enviar a su destino. Por supuesto está pagado hace 20 días.
