Here‘s our HS set of acrylic bezel pushers - a four-piece set designed for use along with a small hammer for closing bezels but equally valuable for use by hand. All four pieces in this set are made of tough, 1/4”-thick acrylic and are slightly shorter than the pushers in our Classic set.

The two largest pieces in this set have an engraved SmoothSet logo in the bronze-tinted acrylic.

Made in Milwaukee exclusively for us, all of our SmoothSet bezel pushers are made from long-lasting acrylic with a smooth, laser-cut finish that won't mar your metal OR your stones.

We have had success hammer-setting bezel walls up to 20 gauge with this set. (Any heavier than that and we use our motorized hammer-set handpiece on our flex shaft.)

Some people customize the pushers – you can use sandpaper or files to make the pushing surfaces less shiny if you'd like. Also, If you find the edges too sharp, wrap tape around them or soften them with a file or sandpaper.

As with any tool – take safety precautions and WEAR EYE PROTECTION when hammering.

The scrap acrylic from making our products is recycled by our manufacturer, and these products are recyclable if taken to a plastics manufacturer.
