First off the seller is A+++. Very responsive in communication through email and cares what the customer wants in personalizing the gift. The item arrived way before the delivery date. Once I opened the package to check it out before wrapping it back up for a Mother’s Day Gift for my wife, my jaw dropped. Yaroslav, did a beautiful job customizing and making the item. The song is crisp and clear once the box is opened. I was not expecting the full track of the song to play which was awesome!!
