HORROR STORY! STOP!! DON'T ENCOURAGE THE DISHONEST. The seller did not accept any refund for a misrepresentation of the product. For $700, I received a Gucci bag stained with RUST and in the wrong color. It had to be blue and gray! It arrived brown and beige! Etsy has so far not been listening, despite my complaint. The victims remain victims!!!?? The saleswoman is doing well for the moment because her proofs are photos redone to embellish reality. Please do not encourage this type of action, dear future buyers. Let's stand together. Don't waste your energy supporting people who are not listening, sharing and communicating. I am a very very very angry woman, because my confidence, my openness and above all my humanism have been abused.

HISTOIRE D’HORREUR! STOP!!N’ENCOURAGEZ PAS LES MALHONNÊTES. La vendeuse n’a accepté aucun remboursement pour une fausse représentation du produit. Pour 700$, j’ai reçu un sac Gucci tâché de ROUILLE et de la mauvaise couleur. Il devait être bleu et gris! Il est arrivé brun et beige! Etsy n’a pour le moment été d’aucune écoute, malgré ma plainte. Les victimes demeurent victimes!!!??La vendeuse s’en sort pour le moment car ses preuves sont des photos refaites pour embellir la réalité. Je vous prie de ne pas encourager ce type d’actions, chers futurs acheteurs. Restons solidaires. Ne perdez pas votre énergie à soutenir des gens qui ne sont pas dans l’écoute, le partage et la communication. Je suis une femme très très très en colère, car on a abusé de ma confiance, de mon ouverture et surtout de mon humanisme.

Truly we are dismayed at any degree of dissatisfaction on a buyer's part (and seller's too!); this however is a disingenuous and unfair review. The buyer & I communicated multiple times prior to purchase; bag was marked as beige/dark brown/black, and with a No Return policy. This bag had no stains and was in very good condition. Buyer also asked repeatedly for discounts and, wanting to work with buyer I complied to almost all of her requests. I would caution sellers to not sell to this person.
