This is my last purchase on ETSY. I have been shopping here for years but no more. I am deleting my app. What a disappointment.

Crystal and I communicated extensively and agreed the item was damaged during shipping; this was a metal item, well packed and she received it with heavy damage to the box (crushed at side and top). I informed her how to open a case with Etsy citing the Buyer/Seller protection program. Etsy reached out to Crystal, however Etsy declined to invoke the Buyer/seller program and Crystal was not reimbursed by Etsy (and this item met every aspect of the Etsy Buyer/Seller protection program criteria) which I determined AFTER this review was posted. I will still reach out to see if their can be an amicable resolution as I shipped exactly the item stated in the description, packaged it well and Crystal received it damaged in a damaged box. My sincere apologies to her for the mishap.
