I can only give a lower score for delivery but this was no fault of the seller. Complications I assume because of the busyness of Christmas. This pram is beautiful and a lovely gift for my granddaughter. When problems did occur with delivery the seller was extremely helpful and very prompt with replies. Highly recommend!
