It is your responsibility to ensure the furniture fits inside your space, accessible through elevator etc. Please measure your space before ordering the larger sizes. We will not be responsible to replace or refund the furniture if it does not fit.

WARRANTY: All of our furniture comes with a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. We replace all damaged/defective freight at no cost to you or fix on site.
SHIPPING AND CRATING
Our furniture is shipped in custom built wood crates that are almost indestructible. All of our freight is fully insured with commercial freight liners. We ship curbside only, customer is responsible for removing the packaging and bring the desk inside.
We recommend two strong people to carry the furniture inside. You will need two dollies, a box cutter, and a drill. The average labor required to finish the task is approx. two hours. If local labor is not available, we recommend finding help at thumbtack. com, taskrabbit.com, etc.
TRACKING
Once the order is placed, you will receive a professional layout for approval. Please read all the details carefully to ensure the accuracy of your order. Once the order is placed, you will receive a call from our staff to go over all the shipping details. We ship furniture with appointments, so you have enough time to plan in advance. Once the furniture is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
