Bonjour, merci pour votre retour. Votre commande a été passée le 29 février à 16h30. Elle a été envoyée le lendemain, le 01 mars (N° suivi qui justifie),Nous avons eu des échanges par message privé ou je vous ai expliqué que La poste a rencontré des difficultés pour vous livrer. (C'est rare, mais cela peut arriver. N° suivi pour le prouver. Et je m'en excuse sincèrement. En tant que vendeuse, rien ne me fait plus plaisir que lorsque mes clients sont satisfaits. De mon côté, j'ai respecté mes délais de production et d'expédition. Je ne trouve donc pas ça très correct de votre part de ne pas savoir faire la part des choses. Je comprends votre colère, mais malheureusement je ne suis pas responsable.
