- Personalization:
All my creations are made by hand and can be personalized.
Contact me before ordering:

- For a small change: 8 days minimum before the desired reception date
- For the creation of a card or for large quantities: 21 days minimum before the event

- The order:
Delivery costs are free for metropolitan France. You have the option to insure your package, available from the drop-down menu under the Delivery tab: PARCEL INSURANCE. Once your order is validated, I cannot modify it.

- Processing time:
The order is processed between 1 and 3 working days. No shipping on Saturdays and Sundays. All information is sent to you by courier.

- Shipping:
In order to satisfy you as best as possible, several services are offered to you:
Mondial Relay, Colis Privé domicile, UPS Access and Colissimo, tracked letter.
Remember to indicate your point starting with messaging, thank you.

- Delivery:
I take special care with each order. I ship to the address indicated on the order form.
I am not responsible for any damage or loss, my items are always as pictured and are carefully packaged, photographed and confirmed upon shipment.
Please note that the delivery time for packages may be longer depending on the service chosen.
Customs charges may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.

- Loss or damage:
If you notice any damage, you must make a reservation with the carrier before receiving the package. If the carrier does not take your request into account, refuse the package. I invite you to contact me, then. If you opt for package insurance, you will receive a refund for your purchase after investigation by the transport service. No refund without the insurance option.

- Return conditions:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyers. If the returned item is not in original condition, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility.
Return is not accepted in case of customization and promotion.
