Color was completely different than the picture. The seller accepted my return, but I was responsible for the international shipping and cost associated with the return, though the item was the wrong color.

The colors on the rug are strange. The face is not brown but closer to lime green/yellow. The blues are pale are gray. Not at all as bright as pictured

Hello. I reviewed your evaluation and did some research for you. The size you purchased is 60x90 cm, which is the smallest size. As the size decreases, the details on the carpet decrease. This is the reason for the difference in color tones you experience. It also makes the computer screen look more vivid and bright. As you will appreciate, there may be a 5-10% difference in the real image. I also shared the real pictures of the carpet in other displayed pictures of the product so that people can see the real version of the carpet they will receive when purchasing the carpet. To summarize, I never had any intention of misleading or deceiving people.
