The item quality is just like the originals. John has been amazing to work with. So much so, I ended up buying another Rolex clasp in gold along with two straps and an Omega Clasp. GREAT communicator. He also suggested Rolex spacers to sit between the strap and the watch casing to remove the ugly gap left between the two without the spacers. He has such great items in his store. I have saved him as a seller for future purchases. He even has a huge selection of authentic watches besides accessories.
