SHIPPING INFORMATION

Three international delivery options are available via a drop-down menu on the checkout page:

Standard shipping (5–15 business days)
Expedited shipping (4–10 business days)
Express shipping (3–5 business days)

Please note that the estimated delivery dates displayed on the checkout page may vary depending on your location and internal algorithms. These estimates may not always be accurate, so please refer to the delivery timeframes mentioned above.

Standard shipping, while cost-effective, provides only partial tracking information to select countries and is the slowest shipping method. If you choose Standard shipping, tracking details may show "pre-transit" for part or all of the shipment's journey, depending on the delivery destination.

Expedited and Express shipping options are more reliable; they also provide complete international tracking and include insurance.

If you're unsure which delivery method to select, Expedited shipping offers the best balance of cost, speed, and reliability.

All cutters are made to order. They will be professionally 3D printed, carefully packed, and delivered worldwide. On the mobile app, tap the three dots in the top right corner to select a different delivery method.

Flat-rate delivery means the shipping cost remains the same regardless of the quantity ordered. Feel free to purchase as many as you like.

Please review the current order processing time carefully, as it is usually longer during the busy holiday season. Orders sent via Expedited or Express shipping are prioritized in the production queue over those sent via Standard shipping.

SIZING INFORMATION

Cutter measurements are taken either vertically or horizontally, depending on the longer side. For example, a tall giraffe-shaped cutter would be measured vertically, while a wide dachshund-shaped cutter would be measured horizontally. Sizes can be selected from the drop-down menu next to the picture. Mirrored pair sets are available for all asymmetrical cutter designs.

Cutters are available in 18 default sizes, with custom sizing also possible. Please note that the smallest sizes are extremely tiny and intended for crafts and decoration, not for baking cookies.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

The current cutter production color is always up to date and listed in the 'Materials' section of the item description page. It may differ from the color shown in the item pictures.

Please note that these cutters should only be hand-washed. Use lukewarm soapy water and a small cleaning brush to wash your cutter. They are not dishwasher-safe.
