The quality of the picture itself is good. It’s not just flimsy paper (the one I bought anyway), and fit perfectly into the frame I bought separately as the sizing was accurately. It matches the preview design given as well.

I’ve used them twice within 2 years and they’re absolutely amazing!! Perfect portraits of my dogs each time and able to capture their personalities in their art. Customer service is 10/10, able to make edits if you’re not happy. Simple process and fast delivery. Exceeded my expectations again!
