I only gave 1 star because Etsy wouldn’t let me move on with the review until I did. The customer service is not good. I was in communication with the seller but communication has stopped and I am not receiving any responses to my last 2 messages. I placed my order 2 weeks ago and I do not have my drawing. I need it for a time sensitive manner. This is very unprofessional. Update: I was able to receive my logo and the seller did a great job with the final product. I received a sketch drawing that I was able to request changes for. Once I approved, the seller colored it and even adjusted to final, last minute edits as well. All of this was done within 24 hours. I’m glad we were able to resolve the issue and I am very pleased with my animation.

I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks on my order and havent received It yet. Tried to message the seller on to be ignored. Requested a refund and still haven’t received that yet. This is terrible, I need a drawing done to be printed on a shirt for a customer. This is such an inconvenience. I wish I would’ve read the reviews. Etsy should definitely do something about this because it is a frequent issue with this shop
