20 3/4 IN inner circumference, it is tiny, on an average size head it will sit on top at crown
It is 1940's so it has some minor age, can it be dry cleaned?

Grosgrain grayish Ribbon, silvery sequins, and what resembles but without the wire-brown furry like pipe-cleaners, it has
a stretch, but with the inner ribbon band it will not stretch much.
