bonsoir, nous sommes désolés que vous soyez déçue. cependant nous avons échangé par message et vous connaissiez les frais de port avant de passer commande, il n’y a eu aucune surprise. pourquoi avoir passé commande malgré tout ? peut-être pour mettre un commentaire négatif car nous n’avons pas accédé à votre demande de réduire les frais ? c’est dommage ! bonne soirée et bonnes fêtes de Noël.
