Unsuitable packaging which did not protect the poster. Being folded, it was marked and did not appear flat and pretty. The wooden support is a little crude and should also be revised in my opinion. Otherwise the quality of the paper and printing is OK. Very nice poster

Encore navrée que votre commande soit arrivée abîmée. J'utilise des tubes d'expédition spécialement conçus pour des affiches grand format, malheureusement vous avez dû tomber sur un facteur bien peu précautionneux... Je vous invite à revenir vers moi pour trouver une solution. Je suis désolée également que le porte-affiche ne vous convienne pas. Les baguettes en bois me sont fournies par une scierie locale et sont assemblées par mes soins avec un joli cordon en cuir. Nous sommes loin des porte-affiche achetés tout fait et fabriqués à l'autre bout du monde ;)
