I bought the 20x36 download option for this poster. I took the download to Staples for expansion and to be mounted. The pixels were blurred and they were unable to make them more clear. I am unable to submit a photo at this time as the blurred poster is in a different location from where I currently am. I was anticipating a nice clear poster for my new class which starts tomorrow. If I knew it would be a little blurry I would have found another option.

We would appreciate if you had sent to us a message to explain what happened and we could have solved the problem.
