This is by far the best customer service I've had in my life. I was a bit skeptical at first but Ginger is really knowledgeable about cartier products. I am a very detailed oriented and "difficult customer" and during the whole process (literally 100 msg sent back and forth) she has been extremely patient with me to make the feel comfortable with my purchase. Typically replies within the same day. very prompt communication and customer service. She does her very very best to satisfy your demands and accommodate you. Would buy again for sure. Very impressed. The ring itself arrived quickly and was flawlessly polished like new. Came in a beautiful luxurious cartier box & pouch. And it was very well packaged too. I would definitely recommend. Why pay full price when you can buy here ? ;) Love my ring.
