The chair arrived sooner than expected, was packaged with great care, and included easy-to-understand instructions with pictures which made assembly easy. I LOVE my westnofa siesta chair. Was a little worried about shipping from Norway to California, but needn't be. It got here super fast and in perfect condition with no customs issues! The chair is amazing. The leather cushion is immaculate! Super condition. Looks spectacular next to my older one! Reassembly was pretty easy once I figured out to start with the bottom and very loosely tighten. Duh! Packaging was great and love the included chocolate treat. Yum! Fantastic seller! Highly recommended. Hope to be able to buy from seller again!

I am absolutely delighted. The lamp arrived very quickly (from Norway to Ireland), was incredibly well packaged and Oystein included a little treat (a bar of milk chocolate). I need an adapter so I haven't seen the lamp lit yet, but I know that it will look even more stunning!
