2. Purchase the item;
3. After purchase contact me via Etsy messages and send me pictures where the clothes and other important individual characteristics can be clearly seen. (If needed please provide a detailed description in writing);
4. Send me your family name, members names, date;
5. Within the next 2 weeks I'll send you a poster based on your photos and description;
6. I can make some corrections if needed.
7. The completion of the order takes approximately 3 weeks.
8. You will get high-quality files (.JPG, .PDF 300dpi). No shipping fees! I will send Digital files to you by email.

The standard size of the personalized poster is 11x14 inches. If you want other sizes of it, please let me know.
