Very disappointed! The sticker is barely stuck more I asked to mark a small message on a card and I do not have a card!

Bonjour, je suis navrée pour l'oubli du petit mot (mais je vous ai prévenu lors de l'envoi). Je prends note pour le scotch qui n'a pas tenu pour l'emballage, j'ai voulu testé quelque chose de nouveau! En revanche je pense que le cartable n'a pas souffert de ces petits défauts d'emballage. Evaluation je trouve un peu dure au vu du travail fourni, du délai de livraison et du produit fini.
