I can't say anything about the pictures, as it didn't reach me for weeks. The pictures were returned by DHL and were damaged without me seeing them. The seller didn't want to refund me as long as he didn't get anything from DHL. It is not my job to pay for the damage. Incredibly poor customer service. Would rather burn my money than shop here again. Everything was finally clarified by an Etsy admin and I'm happy about it. Absolutely no recommendation!

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your buying experience with us. We did offer to send you a set of new prints for free whilst we tried to process a claim with the courier, however this was declined. When looking at the tracking information it was confirmed that the items had been delivered and that is why Etsy closed their case and a refund was not given at the time. Without having a chance to open a case with the courier as we did not have the prints back yet, we then looked to Etsy to see how was best to deal with situation for both parties involved in order to get the best outcome for both of us.
