Nous sommes surpris par votre commentaire. Vous avez contacté notre service client le 10 décembre, nous avons répondu le jour même, réexpédié votre commande à nos frais le 11 décembre, et remboursé votre achat dès le 13 décembre. Le facteur a indiqué sur le suivi que votre nom n'est pas présent sur la boîte aux lettres et cela pour les deux envois. Un service client "absent" ? Nous pensons avoir fait preuve de réactivité et de professionnalisme.
