En cas de problème, il est toujours préférable de me contacter avant de laisser un avis négatif, car je réponds très rapidement et je fais mon maximum pour aider mes clientes. D’ailleurs, je vous ai contactée plusieurs fois pour vous proposer une solution, mais je n’ai jamais eu de réponse. Pourtant, je peux voir que le fichier a bien été téléchargé de votre côté.
