Article numérique donc impossible ! Cela est juste une mauvaise manipulation ou compréhension de votre part , puisque le fichier est déjà enregistré et pas envoyé au cas par cas , il est instantanément disponible dès lors du paiement dans la section « achats et téléchargements » sur votre compte. Sinon sur 440 ventes je n’aurai pas que votre avis de négatif ;) . Il suffisait de m’écrire , je suis une créatrice très réactive et je vous aurais envoyé par mail votre PDF . Dommage ..Au lieu de me noter de seulement d’une étoile alors que je suis sûre que votre article est bien en votre possession sur votre compte Etsy .
