I got this gift for a family member and had a mixed experience. TL;DR: While the item quality is great, extended delays in receiving the finalized product diminished the overall experience. Longer review: Pros: The artist allowed multiple pictures and revisions. They were responsive, and most importantly, the gift recipient loved it. Cons: Because I ordered during the holidays (on 12/2), I expected some delays. The first draft was sent on 12/12. However, after requesting minor revisions on the same day, I did not receive any revisions until 12/27 (This was after multiple follow ups where the artist promised revisions within 12 - 24 hrs). The first revision felt rushed and didn't address the original requests. The final acceptable copy arrived 12/29; however, this caused the final gift to be delivered late.

While we were generally satisfied with the Artwork the customer service was incredibly frustrating. Had to message multiple times and follow ups to get a reply - on the 14th of December was advised that picture is estimated to be ready in 12-24 hours, no picture came through in time frame and had to then keep chasing this again a few times before receiving a reply with the picture. Requested a revision of it on 18/12 and had a reply this will be looked at quickly. As of today (07/01) no further communication or revisions. Very disappointed also due to many reviews stating good customer service. Appreciate this was during busy festive season but to only get replies after chasing multiple times is disappointing and just giving up and accepting the product as it is. Will not be ordering from shop again sadly.

I have purchased a fair amount of personalized products through Etsy and I have never had such poor communication as I did with this shop. While yes, I definitely should have purchased earlier than a week before Christmas, even taking the holiday rush into consideration I feel like it should not have taken me 3 weeks to receive this product. I was fairly understanding but what really got me what the lack of communication about anything. If I didn’t send follow up messages inquiring when the draft would be complete, I’m not sure I ever would have received anything in the end. And then when I did get my product it wasn’t even on the correct background I had already asked to be changed immediately upon submitting my order. Brianna was very polite in her messages and the picture is cute, but I’ll never purchase again.
