DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP! they did a horrible job and im pretty sure they use a Ai generator to create their drawing and they took forever to send me my drawing! I order this drawing for my sister who loves anime and i sent them pictures of her and they drew her with huge tits?! i was in disbelief and felt so disappointed toward it. I thankfully got my refund way before because they were taking forever to create the drawing (or Ai generate it) so i ask for a refund weeks before and this morning they still sent me the drawing and i got this! please save your money and do not purchase from this shop! The first pic is my sister i sent and the second is the drawing just for references :(

I ordered on December 6th. The communication was really friendly! Which makes it difficult for me to leave a review like this here. The order was delayed, but when I asked, I was offered the option of cancelling the order or getting a partial refund for the delay. But because of the friendly communication and the good reviews up to that point, I gave it a chance. I didn't receive the picture until January 21st. Unfortunately, it didn't match my expectations at all because the photo was unrecognizable. I asked for it to be changed and have been waiting for the picture until today. Now I've asked for a cancellation because it was intended as a birthday present for the beginning of January and I had to look for an alternative present. I was very sorry because the communication was very friendly!

Bestellt habe ich am 6. Dezember.. Die Kommunikation war wirklich sehr freundlich! Was es mir auch schwer macht hier eine solche Berwertung zu lassen. Die Bestellung verzögerte sich, auf Nachfrage wurde mir jedoch angeboten, die Bestellung stornieren zu können oder eine teilrückzahlung zu bekommen für die Verzögerung. Durch die nette kommunikation und die guten Bewertungen bis dahin gab ich aber noch eine Chace. Ich bekamm dann erst am 21. Januar das Bild zugeschickt. Leider glich es überhaupt nicht meinen Erwartungen, da man das Foto nicht wieder erkannte. Ich bat um Änderung und wartete bis heute auf das Bild. Nun habe ich um Stornierung gebeten da es als Geburtstagsgeschenk gedacht war für Anfangs Januar und ich für ein alternatives Geschenk suchen musste. Es tat mir sehr leid da die Kommunikation sehr freundlich war!

I ordered it in December for Christmas. Originally it was supposed to arrive between December 19 and January 3, but they changed it to January 16 and I finally received it on January 28 after asking for a change. I understand that these are complicated dates, but at the same time you are paying for a product in a certain time. I have been in contact with her at all times and she has always responded to me whenever I have had any questions. The only bad thing about my experience was the time (almost a month delay) and that some of the requested modifications took a while (but it could also be due to the language difference and the translation). The work is correct.

Lo pedí en diciembre para navidades. En un principio tenia que llegar entre el 19 de diciembre y el 3 de enero, lo cambiaron a 16 de enero y finalmente lo he recibido a 28 de enero despues de pedir algún cambio. Entiendo que son fechas complicadas, pero al mismo tiempo estas pagando por un producto en un determinado tiempo. He estado en contacto con ella en todo momento y me ha respondido siempre que he tenido alguna duda. Lo único malo de mi experiencia ha sido el tiempo (casi un mes de retraso) y que algunas de las modificaciones solicitadas tardaron un poco (pero tambien puede deberse a la diferencia de lengua y la traducción). El trabajo está correcto.
