The final product was still not quite what I wanted but had to draw a line because it had taken quite some time. I am certain they would have continued until I was 100% happy but the time had passed for me. The content was fantastic and a lot of hard work did go into this however the time it has taken detracts from the overall score. Customer responsiveness was excellent and willingness to help was quality!

They never sent the restored photo over after much back and forth of discussing the image. I was really disappointed after not receiving item as I wanted it for an anniversary. When I messaged them I didn't have feedback on last few messages had to request a refund

I paid $50 for an AI-generated photo that she claims isn’t AI, it took forever to receive. The styles shown on her page do not reflect what she actually provides. I specifically requested an anime style multiple times, showing her examples from her page but the final image was semi-realistic and nothing like the examples or reviews she showcased. Despite asking for corrections several times, she made minimal changes. It’s really disappointing, especially since it was meant to be a gift—and they didn’t even like it because it looked nothing like what was advertised. Here is what I received I attached the style of what I wanted from her page vs what I got.

The listing said it would be ready in 4-10 days, but I didn’t receive it until more than 2 months later. I messaged back and forth with the seller for weeks and just kept getting “sorry, we’ll get it to you when we can.” The drawing was lovely, but I can’t give more than 2 stars based on how late it was.
