Lovely carpet, but the color is a bit off from what I expected. From the photo, the black & white chevron appears to be a true black and white, but when it arrived the “black” was more of a very dark red-hued brown. I will put it to use regardless.

This seller is a complete scam. Stay far, far away. I placed an order after they prepared a mock-up for me that clearly appeared to be a tufted, shaggy rug just like the videos and photos they had posted. After I bought it, I double-checked and asked if it was actually tufted, and only then did they admit it was a thin, digitally printed rug, completely different from what was advertised. I immediately requested a cancellation and refund. The seller said they would handle it, but it turned into a nightmare. They kept telling me over and over that the refund was “in process” and that I would get a receipt “in 1-2 days,” but it never happened. Their communication has been terrible — you basically have to blow them up with constant messages just to get any kind of response even with that they still responded very slowly and kept g
