Took over 2 1/2 months to be sent. Seller messaged me back with any concerns I had and fixed them nicely. Good picture, just incredibly long wait time.

I have yet to receive my order. It’s been months. He marked the item as shipped. At this point I think this entire storefront be a front. Is this even a real business?

I gave this as a gift to my friend, and unfortunately, the dog's nose was the wrong color, which I didn’t notice until my friend pointed it out. This made me question whether the product is truly customized for each photo, as the dog's nose should have been brown not black. I was also frustrated by the long wait time, especially since their page claimed a 3-day turnaround. When I ordered they said it would take 12 business days (and boy did it still take an extra day). Additionally, despite being advertised as coming on canvas, they just provide a digital print. The seller did inform me after I placed the order that it wouldn't come on canvas, and while I would have been fine with that (and the wait time) the color of the dog's nose being wrong just makes me think it’s not actually custom made.
