Unfortunately, I did not have the pleasure of receiving the product. To start with, Etsy provided an estimated delivery date. Which was largely exceeded by the seller (2 weeks more). I contacted the seller and had to try twice to get a response. Unfortunately, there was a delivery problem with the post office, so I sent a message to the seller without any response from them. I had to contact Etsy directly to get a response and a solution. I do not recommend this seller at all. Both for delivery times and for communication and exchanges

Vous pouvez écrire autant de fois que vous le souhaitez. Je vous ai déjà répondu et pour la date d'estimation et pour la poste et son problème d'acheminement dont je ne suis pas responsable. 99% des avis démontrent la qualité des produits et du service client. Je vous avais répondu. Un remboursement vous a été fait. Dommage que cela se passe ainsi mais la multiplicité de vos avis n'y changera rien, je vous le redis je comprends votre déception mais je ne suis pas responsable de la perte du colis, je la subis également.
