Maybe I didn’t read the listing properly but it seems that the item came to me second-hand. I know the price was lower than these ink pads usually go for, but I guessed maybe they would just be really old stock. But it definitely still has some ink to it and I’ve been using it to make my Halloween cards!! And at least then when the ink pads really give out on me I can just buy ink refills that this brand makes. Also, this is a dye ink pad (versus pigment).
