This cross-stitch sampler features a collage of patterns inspired by needlework motifs from 33 regions around the world, stitchable in either polychrome or monochrome. The entire design could be worked as a whole, or particular squares could be stitched separately; charts for three small projects using selected sampler motifs are also included. There are no fractional stitches, and the design can be embroidered on aida or evenweave.

Separate PDFs for monochrome and polychrome patterns include the full chart, an informative key to the design source for each square, and suggestions for smaller projects. An additional PDF provides the polychrome chart in a format that is compatible with Pattern Keeper (a basic chart without any explanatory information).
