Vous semblez avoir oublié de mentionner que nous vous avons contacté à plusieurs reprises pour vous faire part du retour de votre commande, en raison d'une adresse incomplète et/ou incorrecte. Il était encore temps de programmer une autre livraison, mais vous avez préférer attendre la veille de votre évènement pour revenir vers nous. Je pense que le soucis ne se trouve pas au niveau de notre produit ou de notre service client.
