The edge (overlock) stitch colors of our rugs may vary depending on the rug colors.
Due to our rugs' utilization of high-temperature digital printing technology, rug dimensions may vary by ± 1-3%.
The sample colors you see might slightly differ from our actual products due to variations in screen color calibration.
Thanks to its high-quality digital print and non-slip base, it adheres smoothly to all surfaces.
Our rugs are designed to be non-slip.
Thickness measures between 4-5mm.
B. CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Our stain-resistant material makes cleaning a breeze – simply use a damp cloth with mild soapy water to clean (avoid bleach) and let it air dry.
You can safely machine wash it at 30 degrees in delicate washing programs without wringing.
C. RETURN & EXCHANGE
Please be aware that we custom-craft these rugs specifically for you, following rigorous quality control before shipping via express courier. Consequently, except for manufacturing defects, we regret that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom-made rugs.
D. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Occasional delays might occur due to address and customs conditions.
