Im so pleased with the item i received, i couldn’t buy one anywhere. The item is my daughter’s favourite inanimate insanity character i approached Natalia to ask her if she would be able to make it. With no hesitation she responded straight away and explain how she would do so. She told me how long it would take and roughly when i would get it. The plushie came the other day and i have to say it’s amazing the quality is outstanding, Natalia has done herself proud! My daughter is going to love her plush. Natalia is going to make a young girl very happy on her birthday. Excellent craft mens ship COULDN’T find better anywhere else!! i know who to contact for customised items in the future at a reasonable price too.
